EWANGELIA - J 10, 11-18 (Jezus jest dobrym pasterzem)

Jezus powiedział:
«Ja jestem dobrym pasterzem. Dobry pasterz daje życie swoje za owce. Najemnik zaś i ten, kto nie jest pasterzem, którego owce nie są własnością, widząc nadchodzącego wilka, opuszcza owce i ucieka, a wilk je porywa i rozprasza; najemnik ucieka, dlatego że jest najemnikiem i nie zależy mu na owcach.
Ja jestem dobrym pasterzem i znam owce moje, a moje Mnie znają, podobnie jak Mnie zna Ojciec, a Ja znam Ojca. Życie moje oddaję za owce. Mam także inne owce, które nie są z tej zagrody. I te muszę przyprowadzić, i będą słuchać głosu mego, i nastanie jedna owczarnia, jeden pasterz.
Dlatego miłuje Mnie Ojciec, bo Ja życie moje oddaję, aby je znów odzyskać. Nikt Mi go nie zabiera, lecz Ja sam z siebie je oddaję. Mam moc je oddać
i mam moc je znów odzyskać. Taki nakaz otrzymałem od mojego Ojca».

MEDYTACJA

Jezusowi zależy na każdemu z nas. Nie ucieknie od nas w trudnym momencie, ale zostanie, byśmy mogli oprzeć. się na Nim...

Każda z owiec jest dla pasterza wyjątkowa. Potrafi on każdą owcę rozpoznać i pamięta szczegóły z jej życia. Również owce wiedzą, że na pasterzu mogą polegać...

Owce chętnie przybiegają na głos pasterza. Może on oznaczać, że już pora na zmianę pastwiska lub powrót do zagrody. Również uczniowie Jezusa czekają na Jego głos i dzięki temu mogą jeszcze lepiej Go poznawać. W ten sposób uczą się, jak być blisko Niego...

Wśród wielu pragnień, jakie nosimy w sobie, jest pragnienie bezpieczeństwa. Kiedy czujemy się zagrożeni, niepewni lub osamotnieni, to pragnienie w wyraźny sposób daje o sobie znać. Biblijny obraz Dobrego Pasterza jest swego rodzaju odpowiedzią ze strony Boga, na to ludzkie pragnienie. To On, Pan i Pasterz, wychodzi naprzeciw, by zapewnić nam poczucie bezpieczeństwa, by wskazać drogę, by zadbać o nasz byt, o nasze teraz...

Jezus, Dobry Pasterz, zna swoje owce. Dobry Pasterz nie obdziera nas z wolności, nie umniejsza, ale zna każdego i miłuje. Obdarza pełnią życia...

Bóg zbawia wszystkich i wszystko. On jednoczy cały wszechświat z sobą...

Warto przyjąć do wiadomości z wiarą, że Jezus jest mocniejszy od zła i szatana. Bóg chce zbawić wszystko, a skoro tak, to ma moc, aby nie niszcząc wolności, doprowadzić wszystkich do zbawienia. Nadzieja powszechnego zbawienia to logiczna konsekwencja tych słów, które wypowiada Dobry Pasterz...

Jezus, wzór dobrego pasterza, dostrzega owce, które ma w zagrodzie, ale jest też zainteresowany tymi, które opuściły owczarnię albo w niej nigdy nie były i są gdzieś na zakrętach życia. Poświęca im zainteresowanie, energię, poszukuje ich...

Ewangelista Jan ukazuje różnicę między dobrymi pasterzami a najemnikami, którym nie zależy na owcach lub jedynie na tym, aby mieć z nich zysk. Dobry pasterz oddaje swe życie za owce. Do tej miłości nikt nie może poczuć się przymuszony. Tylko wtedy nie ulęknie się wilków i ich zastraszania, gdy osiągnie w sobie ten rodzaj wolności, który pozwoli mu zużyć czas, zdrowie, umiejętności, a nawet zaryzykować życie, byle tylko ocalić owcę...

Najemnik sporządza harmonogram i kosztorys działania, dobry pasterz daje siebie, nie zważając na straty. Byle uratować ukochaną owieczkę, za którą umarł Jezus...

...Jezu, proszę o dogłębne przeżycie radości w Duchu, że Ty i Ojciec opiekujecie się mną... Proszę o łaskę dostrzegania troski Boga o wszystko, bez zazdrości, bo ja też w tym jestem... Dziękuję za to, że oddałeś za mnie swoje życie...

GOSPEL - J 10, 11-18 (Jesus is the good shepherd)

Jesus said:
«I am the good shepherd. A good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. But the hired servant, and he who is not a shepherd, and who does not own the sheep, when he sees the wolf coming, leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf seizes them and scatters them; the hired man runs away because he
is a hired servant and does not care about the sheep.
I am the good shepherd and I know my sheep and my sheep know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father. I lay down my life for the sheep.
I also have other sheep that are not from this pen. These too I must bring, and they will hear my voice, and there will be one flock, one shepherd.
Therefore the Father loves me, because I lay down my life to take it again. No one takes it from me, but I give it of myself. I have the power to give them back and I have the power to get them back again. This commandment I have received from my Father."

Jesus cares about each of us. He will not run away from us in difficult moments, but will stay so that we can resist. on Him...

Each sheep is unique to the shepherd. He can recognize every sheep and remembers details of its life. The sheep also know that they can rely on the shepherd...

Sheep eagerly come running at the shepherd's voice. It may mean that it's time to change the pasture or return to the pen. Jesus' disciples also wait for His voice and thanks to this they can get to know Him even better. In this way they learn how to be close to Him...

Among the many desires we carry within us is the desire for security. When we feel threatened, insecure or alone, this desire makes itself felt in a clear way. The biblical image of the Good Shepherd is a kind of response from God to this human desire. It is He, the Lord and Shepherd, who reaches out to give
us a sense of security, to show us the way, to take care of our existence, our now...

Jesus, the Good Shepherd, knows his sheep. The Good Shepherd does not rob us of freedom, does not diminish us, but knows and loves everyone. Gives life to the fullest...

God saves everyone and everything. He unites the entire universe with Himself...

It is worth accepting with faith that Jesus is stronger than evil and Satan. God wants to save everything, and if so, He has the power to lead everyone to salvation without destroying freedom. The hope of universal salvation is a logical consequence of these words spoken by the Good Shepherd...

Jesus, the model of a good shepherd, notices the sheep he has in the fold, but he is also interested in those who have left the fold or have never been there and are somewhere at the crossroads of life. He devotes interest, energy, and searches for them...

The Evangelist John shows the difference between good shepherds and hired servants who do not care about the sheep or only want to make a profit from them. This Gospel confirms that He does not abandon us. We are not strangers to Jesus, but we are His beloved children, in the Gospel narrative - sheep...

No matter who we are and what we do, what life situation we are in, whether we are in or out of the homestead, He loved us. Let's discover it again and again...

We are the sheep of the Good Shepherd, Christ. At the same time, many of us, unless we are children, are also shepherds to many people. The point is to serve faithfully and not to be offended by the herd and, taking your payment, leave and, at best, go away. watch from a distance...

The good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. No one can feel forced into this love. Only then will he not be afraid of wolves and their intimidation when he achieves the kind of freedom that will allow him to use up his time, health, skills, and even risk his life just to save the sheep...

The mercenary prepares a schedule and cost estimate, the good shepherd gives himself, regardless of the losses. Just to save the beloved sheep for whom Jesus died...

...Jesus, I am asking for a profound experience of joy in the Spirit that You and the Father take care of me... I am asking for the grace to see God's concern for everything, without jealousy, because I am also in it... Thank you for giving your life for me...
